Buyer Consultation

We will set a time around your schedule to go over the home-buying process. The consultation can be conducted by:

  • Video Call

  • Meeting in person

During the consultation, we will discuss the following:

  • Your wants and needs in a home

  • Costs involved

  • Lenders and loans

  • The current market

  • Tactics and strategies

  • Address any questions

  • Getting Pre-Approved

The first step before touring homes is getting pre-approved for a loan to verify your buying capability. I will connect you with a local lender to get started. The lender will check your credit score, and ask for important documents, such as your tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, etc. Using this data, the lender will determine the loan program that best fits your needs.

  • Searching For Homes

Once you have been pre-approved, I will search for homes for sale fitting your criteria. You will receive listings by email. Once you have identified your favorite homes, I will schedule private tours to see them in person. 24-hour notice is ideal for viewing properties, especially if someone lives there. If you are not local, I can also provide virtual tours.

  • Purchase Offer

Once you are ready to make an offer, I will ask your lender to prepare a good faith estimate and update your pre-approval letter, if needed. The estimate will indicate your monthly mortgage payment and the cash amount you need to close.

Essential parts of the offer will be discussed, such as your earnest deposit check and contingencies such as the home inspection and appraisal. As your Realtor, I will protect your interests and give you valuable advice during the process.

  • Closing The Deal

The last stage of the home-buying process is the settlement or closing. This is when you sign the final ownership paperwork and get the keys to your new home. I will be available to you every step of the way to help protect your interests, all the way from contract through closing.
